Warwickshire make three changes from the squad that drew against Surrey last weekend as they prepare for the visit of sixth placed Hampshire.
Chris Rushworth features in a 13-player squad for the first time this season having returned from a niggling calf injury picked up ahead of the pre-season tour to Dubai.
Fellow seamer Craig Miles drops out of the squad along with allrounder Dan Mousley.
Mousley is playing for a Professional County Club Select XI against Zimbabwe in a one-off red ball game at Leicestershire’s Uptonsteel County Ground.
Ethan Bamber has made an impressive start to his Warwickshire career and will be looking to add to the 18 wickets he’s taken so far in Division One.
Ed Barnard’s career high 177 not out against Surrey makes him the third top run scorer in the division – behind only Yorkshire’s Adam Lyth and Sussex’s Tom Haines – with an average of 82.50!
It will be the 169th meeting of the two teams in this competition, with Warwickshire edging the head-to-head having won 53 and lost 46.
