Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

If you are bringing young people to Edgbaston, please make sure they know where to go if they become separated from you or need help. Our stewards, Cricketeers and matchday teams are available throughout the stadium to provide assistance.

Yes. Our Cricketeers volunteers are there to welcome families as they arrive at Edgbaston.

When families with young children enter the stadium, our Cricketeers may offer children a colourful, child-friendly Bears mascot branded wristband.

Parents and carers can use the wristband to provide contact details, so that if a child becomes separated from their family or goes missing, our team can use the information provided to help reunite them with their parent or carer as quickly as possible.

The wristbands are completely optional, but we encourage families with young children to take advantage of them.

Family safety tip: Take a quick photo of your child on your phone when you arrive at the stadium. If you become separated, you'll have a recent photo and a record of what they're wearing to share with our team.

Don't panic. Speak to the nearest steward, Cricketeer or member of the Edgbaston team as soon as possible.

Our matchday staff can help coordinate a response and make sure the appropriate people are involved.

We recommend that parents and carers agree a meeting point with children before entering the stadium, particularly for busy matchdays.

Talk to your child before entering the stadium and explain that they should find a steward, Cricketeer or other member of the Edgbaston team and tell them that they need help.

Our team will help keep them safe and work to reunite them with their parent or carer.

If you see or experience something that makes you feel uncomfortable or concerned about someone's safety or wellbeing, please tell us.

You can:

• Speak to the nearest steward or member of staff.
• Report the issue through the Customer Services function in the Edgbaston App on a matchday.
• Contact the Club's safeguarding team by using the phone number or QR code on the Stadiums Safeguarding Posters positioned around the stadium.
• Contact Safeguarding Manager at safeguarding@edgbaston.com .

You do not need to be certain that something is wrong before raising a concern. If something doesn't feel right, please tell someone.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.

You can raise a concern about any child, young person or adult at risk if you believe they may be experiencing harm, abuse, neglect or inappropriate behaviour.

You don't need to be related to the person or know them personally.

You don't have to be an expert in safeguarding to raise a concern.

If something doesn't feel right, tell a member of the Edgbaston team. They can make sure the concern is passed to the appropriate person for consideration.

It is always better to share a concern than to ignore something that is worrying you.
