ACCESSIBILITY

We're committed to making Edgbaston welcoming, accessible and inclusive for everyone.

Our Membership and Ticket Office team works closely with our stewarding staff to support the individual needs of our guests, helping to ensure every visitor has the best possible experience.

Access to the Ground

Edgbaston has excellent links with public transport, an on-site car park (subject to availability) and a drop-off zone, which make getting to Edgbaston incredibly easy.

Access points on match day are not turnstiles; stewards independently scan tickets and search bags in open spaces, which are perfect for wheelchair users and those with assistance dogs.

Edgbaston Stadium has limited Blue Badge parking, which must be booked in advance online at tickets.edgbaston.com. Only a limited number of spaces are available — please do not arrive at the stadium without pre-booked accessible parking.

Facilities

Around the ground there are a number of wheelchair user areas located within the stands, ensuring fans are still part of the fantastic Edgbaston atmosphere.

The stadium is also accessible friendly with a host of lifts, ramps and staircases, and on match days our stewarding team are available to provide assistance and directions for all fans.

Multifaith Room

Multifaith Rooms are available in the South Stand on the first floor, next to the 501 Lounge, and behind the Selco Builders Warehouse Family Stand. Speak to one of our friendly stewards who can help direct you to one of the rooms.

Sensory Rooms

Sensory Rooms are available for children and adults with sensory processing issues to attend a match in a calm environment at Edgbaston Stadium. The specially designed spaces are located in the South Stand and in the RES Wyatt Stand.

Seats

We have wheelchair access seating in the West Upper, South Lower and Eric Hollies stands. There are also seats on the Skyline Terrace and in our two Members areas: the Tom Dollery Lounge and the David Heath Suite.

If you wish to book accessible seating tickets, we may ask for proof of eligibility. We accept: receipt of the higher or middle rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility and/or care component); standard or enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) for mobility and/or enhanced rate of PIP for care; Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance; War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or a War or Service Disablement pension for 80% or more disability; or a blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CV1) or equivalent evidence from an eye specialist.

Please note that receipt of a Blue Badge will not be considered as eligibility for booking tickets.

National Key Scheme (NKS)

Edgbaston is a proud partner of the National Key Scheme, which offers disabled people independent access to locked public toilets. Toilets fitted with NKS locks can be found around the ground, and our stewards also carry a key for fans who are not part of the scheme or have forgotten to bring their key.

Wheelchair User Assistants

At Edgbaston we are proud to offer a FREE ticket for wheelchair user assistants for all domestic cricket games and international fixtures. Tickets and parking for wheelchair user assistants at international fixtures need to be purchased in advance of the fixture.

Free commentary radios

We are pleased to offer all blind and visually impaired spectators complimentary earpiece radios, which provide live commentary for all international matches at Edgbaston. Radios are available for collection from the club shop, Store ’94.
