Em Arlott to join Yorkshire
Warwickshire County Cricket Club can confirm that Em Arlott will leave the Club at the end of the 2026 season to join Yorkshire on a three-year contract.

Arlott has been an important figure for the Bears since joining at the start of the new domestic structure and has made a significant contribution at Edgbaston, taking 28 wickets across the last two seasons. Prior to that, she enjoyed a highly successful spell with Central Sparks, establishing herself as one of the leading seam bowlers in the domestic game.
Her performances earned international recognition, with the 28-year-old going on to represent England in both ODI and T20 cricket, including a memorable debut WT20 performance against the West Indies in 2025.
Head Coach Ali Maiden said: “We’re disappointed to lose Em, but she goes with our blessing. She’s done well for us, performed consistently over the years and has been a valued part of Warwickshire for a long time.
“At this stage of her career, she feels she wants a fresh start and a new challenge, and we respect that decision. We will miss her around the group, but she leaves with our best wishes and we’d like to thank her for everything she has given to the Club.
“Everyone at Warwickshire wishes Em all the very best for the future.”
Warwickshire would like to place on record its thanks to Em for her service and wishes her every success in the next chapter of her career.
