The people working behind the scenes play a vital role in ensuring cricket in Warwickshire and Birmingham runs smoothly, from club volunteers and weekend scorers to those inspiring the next generation through coach development courses.
We are driven by our appreciation for volunteers and the understanding that the game cannot function without them.
