Warwickshire's attempts to secure victory on the final day were thwarted by the weather at the Edgbaston Community Sports Ground.
The Bears, on top throughout the contest, were left to rue the heavy rain that also wiped out the whole of day two.
Choosing to bat, Lancashire were dismissed for just 175 with Jake Lintott taking 4/25 and Henry Brookes adding 1/33. In reply, the Bears made 281 as Jake Lintott top scored (53) and eight batters reached double figures.
But with the forecast looking bleak over the Second City, the hosts were left with a race against time.
Lintott, 2/23, restricted the visitors to 82 for five at close on day three, still 24 runs behind, but the Bears were unable to return to the field to complete victory.
