Report: Somerset v Bears, Second XI T20
Bears Captain Will Rhodes struck 77 not out to lead his side to a five-wicket victory over Somerset at Taunton Vale.
In their fourth Second XI T20 Central Group fixture, Rhodes chose to field first, restricting the hosts to 165/6, wwickets were evenly shared between Ed Barnard, Manraj Johal, Jake Lintott and Rhodes.
In reply, Michael Burgess' 38 got the Bears off to a good start, before Rhodes' innings (48 balls, 10x4, 1x6) sealed victory with an over to spare.
The victory leaves Mo Sheikh's side unbeaten in four matches, with their next fixture taking place on Tuesday against Gloucestershire (2pm start).
