Perrin commits future to Warwickshire Bears

Top order batter Davina Perrin has committed her future to Warwickshire Bears by signing a two-year contract extension with the Club.

The exciting talent has impressed across formats over the past two seasons, with the extension seeing Perrin remain at Edgbaston until at least the end of the 2028 season.

Perrin announced herself on the global stage in 2025, making history by scoring the fastest century in The Hundred women’s competition with a stunning 42-ball century.

The 19-year-old has continued to showcase her potential in 2026. Despite missing time through injury, she has averaged almost 40 in this season’s Metro Bank One Day Cup, while also making a half-century in the T20 Vitality Blast.

Warwickshire Bears Women Head Coach Ali Maiden said: “It’s great news for us that Davina has signed a contract extension to stay with the Bears.

“She’s one of the most exciting talents in the English domestic game, and we’re looking forward to seeing what she can achieve in the coming years.

“At only 19 she has already shown how destructive she can be, both in domestic cricket and in franchise cricket with The Hundred, so it was imperative that we keep her here. It’s fantastic news for everyone involved.”

Speaking about signing a new contract with the Club, Perrin said: “I’m really happy to be extending my time with the Bears.
