The awards ceremony will take place at Hill Dickinson Stadium, the new home of Everton FC, on Thursday 2 July. Now in its 19th year, the event will welcome more than 500 guests from over 70 sports clubs and stadia across the UK.
Recognised as a key date in the industry calendar, the awards celebrate excellence and innovation among catering, conference, and events teams working within UK venues. A total of 15 awards will be presented on the night, with Edgbaston Stadium nominated in the following categories:
Non-Matchday Sales & Marketing Team of the YearThis award recognises outstanding in-venue sales and marketing teams delivering exceptional non-matchday business. Nominees are judged on their ability to drive growth, deliver innovative event concepts, maximise use of venue spaces, and successfully overcome industry challenges.
Non-Matchday Mystery Shopper AwardThis category is based on a mystery shopper enquiry and follow-up process conducted during Spring 2026. Judges assess how effectively teams identify client needs, the professionalism of their approach, and the overall quality of the booking experience.
Chef Team of the YearJudged through a live theatre-style culinary competition held at Xcelerate with Edgbaston, this award sees teams of chefs given 90 minutes to prepare, cook, and present a three-course menu suitable for VIP hospitality.
Chair of Stadium Experience, Collette Salmon, said: "UK stadia go above and beyond to create outstanding experiences across both matchdays and non-matchday events. These awards celebrate the passion, dedication and commitment to excellence. I'd like to congratulate this years nominees and wish them the best of luck.".
