Right arm quick, Richard Gleeson, has made a name for himself as an outstanding bowler in the shorter form of the game, playing franchise cricket all over the world.
Prior to joining the Bears, he received a first England call-up in 2022, taking three for 15 against India, including the key wickets of Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Virat Kholi.
Gleeson signed for the Bears at the start of the 2024 season after playing domestically for both Northamptonshire and Lancashire, and helped to propel the Club to back-to-back Quarter Finals in the Vitality Blast.
