Our Sustainable Strategies

Reducing Energy Usage
Through a strategic partnerships and working closely with our suppliers, we are identifying and delivering energy saving projects with the purpose of enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.

Recycling & Waste Management
Our aim is to recycle as much as possible and operate a zero waste to landfill policy. We will eliminate single-use plastics, develop our waste segregation and give back to the local community.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint
We are proud of our home in the heart of the West Midlands and want to make sure that as much of the produce we use at Edgbaston as possible is sourced from local, like-minded suppliers.

Education, Health & Wellbeing
With the appointment of a dedicated Sustainability Manager, we’re committed to creating an equal opportunity and fair treatment environment, where we can learn and grow together.
Net Zero Scope 1 and 2 by 2030
Our goal is to operate as a Net Zero venue across Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and continue to deliver our events using the most sustainable practices.
Our purpose is to create a positive and lasting impact in the lives of our staff, customers, communities and environment and we have the opportunity to take climate action and create social value through our business, projects, company culture, and strategic partnerships.
Electric Vehicle Chargers
In order to support and accommodate more environmentally-friendly vehicles, we now have 10 EV charging points in the stadium car park.
“Our aim is to maintain our customer-centric approach, ensuring our clients can still create the event they want, but in a sustainable way.”
