Perfect your cricket this February Half Term

WCB announce coaching dates for this February half term.

The Warwickshire Cricket Board has some fantastic opportunities this half term for young cricketers to pick up new skills or improve on their current game – perfect for pre season!

All the courses will be held at the Edgbaston Cricket Centre at the County Ground and suitable for all levels of skill.
Here is what’s on offer:

Softball Coaching
14th February 2012
7-11 year olds – suitable for beginners and intermediate cricketers who use incrediball. The course provides and ideal introduction to the game, looking at batting, bowling, fielding and matchplay.

Hardball Coaching
13th February, 16th February and 17th February
10-14 year olds – suitable for intermediate players who currently play using a hardball. The course provides valuable practice batting, bowling, fielding and will cricketers will participate in net sessions.

Coaching Academy
13th – 17th February 2012
10-14 year old cricketers – suitable for competent Club Cricketers, District Players or DoE Players (not for beginners – intermediate)
