Women's Academy

The WCB Women’s Academy is a parallel coaching structure to the Emerging Players Programme and Academy for girls, aged between 14 and 19, who have excelled in their particular Development of Excellence squads. These players are invited to attend our Women’s Academy Sessions throughout the year. 

The WCB Women’s Academy Programme is based at The County Ground and King Edwards School, Birmingham. It follows an integrated approach to training across all areas including Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental and Lifestyle.
