February Update
Good progress is being made with work on the main building. The cladding on the Edgbaston Road frontage was now complete and steelwork erection has commenced on the main banqueting room. All of the terracing is complete with some seat frames already being installed. A significant proportion of the glazing has already been installed with the Press Box cladding and glazing to be completed in the next 7 days.
The new outfield drainage, irrigation and re-turfing is now substantially complete. The remaining work to be carried out on the pitch area in front of the new stand will be started early February.
4 of the 5 floodlights have now been erected with the 5th scheduled to be erected in the middle of February.
