We strongly recommend that you consider public transport so that you can make the most of your day with us. Thanks to or our new arrangement with National Express you can leave home jump on a train to Birmingham then on a bus direct to the stadium. National Express Shuttle Buses
When you arrive at New Street you will be met by our fantastic Edgbaston “Cricketeers” on all our Major Match Days who will direct you to the National Express Shuttle Bus service. Return fare is £5 (£3 one way) and you will be dropped off and collected inside the stadium – what could be more straight forward.
Our Cricketeers will not be at other stations but you can still jump on the Shuttle Bus at the following stops!
- Birmingham Moor Street – The Bullring outside Selfridges.
- Birmingham Snow Hill
If you travel by coach the Shuttle Bus pick-up point can be found outside the Upper Crust in the Coachway.
Buses run to Edgbaston at frequent intervals from midday and will run return journeys until one hour after close of play.
Leave at Junction 6, follow signs for "A38(M) City Centre" and then "A38 South West" through Queensway Tunnel, turn left at 1st set of traffic lights and then right at the roundabout onto the A441 (Pershore Road). Turn left on to Edgbaston Road at the cross roads.
A441 through Kings Norton, Cotteridge and Stirchley. Turn right at Edgbaston Road (B4217) traffic lights, the ground is situated on your left.
A4123 and A456 (Hagley Road) to Five Ways island. Follow signs to Moseley and Edgbaston along the A450 until joining Pershore Road (A441). Turn left onto Edgbaston Road at the cross roads (B4217) and again into the Main Entrance.
Join M42 (M42 west and M5), leaving at Junction 3. Follow A435 towards Birmingham, through Kings Heath and turn left onto Salisbury Road (B4217), which become Edgbaston Road. Turn right into the Edgbaston Main Entrance.
Leave Stratford Road (A34) at College Road (B4217) which becomes Wake Green Road, Salisbury Road and finally Edgbaston Road. Turn right into Edgbaston's Main Entrance.
From Worcester / Bromsgrove
A38 or M5 (leave at Junction 4) through Northfield and Selly Oak, turning right at Priory Road traffic lights onto Edgbaston Road (B4217). Edgbaston is situated on your left after crossing the next set of traffic lights.
Arrangements for car parking vary from match to match. Additional car parks will be made available for major matches. Official car parks will be clearly signed from the approach roads. The Police do not permit parking on many of the local streets.
