Wrwickshire's 2nd XI were beaten by 9 wickets at Blackpool by Lancashire in the Second Eleven Trophy

Warwickshire won the toss and batted at Blackpool and found runs hard to come by, with Keith Barker top scoring with forty two while Stef Piolet 29 and Calum MacLeod 21 * were the only other scores of any substance. Three run outs didn't help the Bears' cause as Caunce 4-31 led the way for Lancashire, helping bowl them out for 156 in 46.3 overs.

Keith Brown made short work of the target as he led the charge that saw Lancashire home in the thirtieth over completing his unbeaten century just before the close. Naqaash Tahir was thesoke wicket taker for Warwickshire .
