Elegant Eat, our pop-up restaurant, is back and is only a few weeks away with now only 25 places remaining for this exclusive night! Join Head Chef David Hill and his team on 10 November for a fine-dining experience at one of the world’s most famous cricket stadiums.
Located in the Warwickshire Suite, this contemporary fine-dining restaurant overlooks the famous Edgbaston pitch, has its own bar and lounge area with guests being able to relax in very comfortable surroundings which reflect the spirit of fine-dining.
The menu has been developed by Dave and four of his young chefs, Tom, Adam, Matt and Jake who have all created a course each allowing them to develop a fantastic tasting menu combining traditional ingredients with fun and imaginative twists, showcasing the chef’s personalities.
This impressive menu includes a pumpkin veloute, pigeon cooked in hay, stone bass marinated in squid ink, pear cider sorbet, filet of pork and spiced plum dessert. This exclusive restaurant is only open for one more night this year on 10 November with sittings at 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm. The set menu cost is £55 per head with an extensive bar, offering a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
