England Institute of Sport at Edgbaston
On 27th April Edgbaston hosted a forum on behalf of the English Institute of Sport (West Midlands Region), which was aimed at Conditioning Coaches from local professional sports teams and high performance centres.
Keir Hansen, Head of Strength and Conditioning at Worcester Warriors rugby team, presented on "Lower Body Strength and Power Assessment"
Mark Jarvis (Regional Lead for Strength and Conditioning) from the English Institute of Sport who organised the evening commented:
"Thanks very much to Chris Armstrong and WCCC for hosting the 4th WM Strength & Conditioning Forum. Edgbaston provided a superb backdrop for the event which seeks to bring together professionals from the world of S&C to discuss how we can share best practice.
