Over the past six months the Edgbaston's award winning Chefs have been busy designing and refining this summer's food menus ahead of another incredible summer of cricket.
Head Chef, Dave Hill, has a reputation for pushing boundaries and creating incredible dishes for some of Britain's top sporting events.

Dave, who previously won Waitrose Chef of the year, has the challenge of creating a flexible menu which has to cater for all customers attending cricket at Edgbaston this coming season. It's a challenging job and Dave has to balance creating menus for easy eating match-day food consumers along side the more demanding elegant eating and fine dining customers.
This summer's menu delves into the traditional while adding an inventive twist. Its diversity offers something for every taste and palette from fresh pastas to steaks.
Some of the fortunate staff in Edgbaston offices recently attended a food tasting event to provide crucial final feedback to Dave and his team, who are putting the final touches to some of the new dishes on their menus. It's safe to say that everyone who attended left very full, very happy and with plenty to think and talk about when it came to food.
