If you’re someone who loves cricket and wants to learn more about the game, becoming a member of the Grizzlies is the perfect way to get more involved. The Grizzlies are the youth membership of Warwickshire CCC and they enjoy special privileges, along with coaching sessions and the chance to meet the professional squad over the summer months. It is the perfect way for young players to develop their skills and make friends in the safe environment of the Edgbaston Cricket Centre.

All budding cricketers have to start somewhere and the Grizzlies caters for all abilities, so whatever level you are at – as long as you are aged between 5 and 15 – you can join today. The Grizzlies are split into two groups: The Paws, aged 5 to 10, and The Claws, who are the 11-15-year-olds. This means that everybody is playing with their age groups and abilities. The sessions are full of fun and are have been enjoyed by many youngsters over the last few years. Ian Bell and Ian Westwood have both played in the youth age groups for the Bears so this is where you can start your journey to the first team!
