Yes, there will be tickets available in the priority window for all five Champions Trophy Matches held at Edgbaston in 2017.

No, it does not guarantee access to a specific match but it does guarantee you access to at least one of the five Champions Trophy matches at Edgbaston in 2017. You will have the choice to specify which match is your preferred option.

The match schedule for Champions Trophy was only released recently so we were unable to make this offer until today (Friday 1 July). Now that we have confirmation of the matches that will be hosted at Edgbaston we are in the position to make this offer to anyone who makes a purchase of test match tickets from Friday 1st July.

Each customer who purchases a ticket for England v Pakistan Test Match will be able to purchase two tickets for one of the games Edgbaston is hosting in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017.

You will have the opportunity to specify which match is your priority choice and also the opportunity to specify a second and third match alternative and we will do our best to accommodate all customers with their first choice. Our ticket office will email you to confirm which fixture you have been successful in obtaining tickets for.

Once you purchase your Test Match tickets, you will go into our mailing list and we’ll send you an application form in the priority window ahead of general sale. Please complete your application form including your matches in priority order and your payment details.

Not in all products, but we make every effort to source the very best ingredients for all our products. Our eggs are free range. Our coffee is fair trade. Our cask ales are brewed by Marston’s Brewery, based in Burton up-on Trent, less than 40 miles from the stadium. Our teas are best quality, loose leaf. Our food is fresh, local and authentic.

However, we are in partnership with Fordhall Organic Farm, based in Shropshire, for some of our menu items. Please refer to the menu selectors for which.

Yes, we are able to order Kosher meals from our supplier. Please liaise with the Conference and Events team for more information. Please note, out kitchens don’t operate Kosher procedures.

We offer a wide choice of dishes, and across these, use non-halal products. However, upon prior request, we are able to source halal products. All halal products are prepared at source; our kitchens don’t operate halal procedures.

Yes, the prayer room is located in Entrance E5, Level 1.

Yes, in line with the Food Information Regulation (FIR) 2014, we provide allergen information on all products served, whether that be food, or drink. Please ask the duty manager who will be able to provide you with this information.

We are happy to help with any dietary requirements and will find a tasty solution for most requests. Please do feel free to call one of the conference team before your visit to discuss or speak to your dedicated duty manager on arrival.

Yes, e cups will be available for members to purchase in the Club shop on Royal London One Day cup games, NatWest T20 Blast games and all Major Match Days.

All draught lager, cider and Ale. Spirts, hot drinks and soft drinks will not be served in these cups.

No, this is not a money making initiative and has been introduced for environmental and sustainability reasons as well as working towards a cleaner environment to watch cricket in. No profit is made from this initiative.

The e cups are collected and taken to a hygienic washing plant where they are cleaned, dried and returned to Edgbaston for the next game. Only 6 centilitres of water is used to clean each cup. This water is recycled and not wasted.

Yes, only up to 4 refunds will be processed per person.

No, there is no age limit on returning the e cup and retrieving your deposit back.

No, you are more than welcome to keep the e cup and take it home with you. Many of our e cup will be specifically branded for each match.

No, take your empty e cup back to any bar and it will be replaced with a full clean cup.

No, you can go to any bar around the ground to get another drink.

No, in order for us to ensure the process is as quick as possible please return your e cup to the designated e cup return points.

We ask that you and your guests leave by 1am.

Yes for all wedding guests can park for free. We have approx. 600 spaces.

Yes, however if you require draught beer we ask that we supplier this and there is a minimum spend of £500.

Yes we have a few rooms that are licensed to conduct a civil wedding. You would need to book the registrar directly and confirm the timings with the registrar. Then let us know the details.

We have a whole host of recommended supplier that we would be happy to pass onto you. Please ask our wedding coordinator for more information.

Yes we can with the partition we have in place. Otherwise your décor can bring in their own free standing partition if your numbers will not fit into what we have – our partitions are fixed from floor to ceiling.

No, this would be responsibility of your décor team. We have lots of supplier we can recommend so please let us know if you would like any guidance.

Yes one of our Executive Boxes, they area great space to get ready and look out on to the pitch.

Bride & Groom can go pitch side with their photographer, one of our security staff will be appointed to take you down to show you where you can access.

Our 1882 Suite is perfect for drinks receptions We charge an additional cost of £1000 to hire this room.

Yes subject to prior approval – we require certain catering documents and if they have not worked here before they need to come in for a site visit to see the rooms and what kitchen facilities we have.

Not for any international or big T20 matches due to all rooms being used for hospitality. We can for county matches in the Banqueting Suite and 1882.

Only if meet our safety standards – they need to be encased in a vase with a clearance of at least 6cm from the top of the flame to top of the vase. We also require you to send a photo of what you intend to use to be passed by our health & safety team for approval to use.

The package includes 10 hours within the package price, and this includes set up for your suppliers. Additional hours are subject to a charge.

Take a ticket at the car park barrier and go into main reception. All events will have directional signposts. Our reception staff will be on hand if you have any questions.

No bottles, containers, metal cans or alcohol are allowed into the ground. The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the seating areas. The reverse of your match ticket has full ground regulations.

The ticket collection point is the Ticket and membership office in the member’s car Park. However, we recommend that all tickets and hospitality passes are distributed in advance.

The best place to meet your guests is in your hospitality area. Please refer to the map in the event documentation you will receive prior to the event for further information.

Yes, please look after your ticket and event card. Ensure that you bring both with you and that you have it ready so the stewards can identify you quickly and easily. Please refer to your itinerary for information on which entrance to the ground to use. Duplicate tickets will not be issued.

We endeavour to seat all clients together. We allocate tickets to clients so that they are close to the hospitality facility.

No. If you leave the stadium during the match then you will not be able to return later in the day.

The dress code is typically smart/casual – guests are asked to refrain from wearing replica shirts, jeans and trainers.

Please also bring protection against inclement weather as the majority of the seating is uncovered. The Skyline Terrace is also subject to the elements.

Yes, tickets are sent out by special delivery and they will need to be signed for. Tickets are required in order for you to gain access to the ground.

We aim to send all documentation out to you two weeks prior to the event date, providing payment for your hospitality has been made in full.
