 Q: When will I receive my documentation?

A: We aim to send all documentation out to you two weeks prior to the event date, providing payment for your hospitality has been made in full.

Q: Do you send out tickets in the post?

A: yes, tickets are sent out Special delivery and will need to be signed for. Tickets are required in order for you to gain access to the ground.

Q: What is the dress code? A: The dress code is smart/casual – guests are asked to refrain from wearing replica shirts, jeans and trainers. Please also bring protection against inclement weather as the majority of the seating is uncovered. The Skyline Terrace is also subject to the elements.

Q: Am I allowed to leave Edgbaston Stadium and then return later in the day? A: no. If you leave the stadium during the match then you will not be able to return later in the day.

Q: Am I allowed to leave Edgbaston Stadium and allow a colleague to replace me for afternoon tea? A: Unfortunately not, tickets are non-transferable.

Q: Can you ensure that my tickets will be all together? A: We endeavour to seat all clients together. We allocate tickets to clients so that they are close to the hospitality facility.

Q: Who should I inform if my guests have dietary requirements? A: a pre-event form will be sent out to you around six weeks prior to the event. The form gives you the opportunity to indicate if your guests have any specific requirements including vegetarian options. If you find out after this time, please contact the operations department as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate any late requests. Please note that any kosher meals ordered will incur an extra cost and need to be pre-ordered seven working days prior to the event.

Q: Do I need to bring both my ticket and event card on the day? A: yes, please look after your ticket and event card. Ensure that you bring both with you and that you have it ready so the stewards can identify you quickly and easily. Please refer to your itinerary for information on which entrance to the ground to use. Duplicate tickets will not be issued.

Q: Where can I meet my guests? A: The best place to meet your guests is in your hospitality area. Please refer to the map in the event documentation you will receive prior to the event for further information. 

Q: Where can I collect tickets at the ground? A: The ticket collection point is the Ticket and membership office in the member’s car Park. However, we recommend that all tickets and hospitality passes are distributed in advance.

Q: What are we not allowed to bring into the stadium? A: no bottles, containers, metal cans or alcohol are allowed into the ground. The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the seating areas. The reverse of your match ticket has full ground Regulations.
