Edgbaston Stadium Food and Beverage Guide

 

Our team of chefs is headed up by Head Chef Dave Hill who last year won the Waitrose Cook Off beating competition from his counterparts at the other International Cricket venues.

Dave’s passion and the quality of the ingredients he and his team use are extremely important to him. Dave and his team support British sustainability working with farmers to buy products that are made and grown locally and regionally. Alongside that, Dave and his team also work with local businesses to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Dave has advanced his team so that he has a dedicated chef,Max Wong, developing our public catering offer, showing just how important public catering is to Dave and all the team at the Stadium.

Unlike other venues we also prepare the majority of our food in-house, with only a handful of quality assured concessionaires allowed to trade at the Stadium.
