Vacancy - Cricket Performance Manager
Warwickshire Cricket Board is recruiting for the post of Full Time (37.5 hours) Cricket Performance Manager to manage and be accountable for the delivery of a single long term strategic plan for player development across Warwickshire, specifically the Winter and Summer squads for boys from the Under 16 age group down and girls from the U19 age group down (including Senior Women).
The post holder will also work closely with the Cricket Department of the Warwickshire County Cricket Club, particularly the Director of Cricket and the Academy Director to ensure that there is a “Warwickshire Way” from the earliest age group to the first class County side.
The successful candidate will hold an ECB Level 3 Coaching Certificate, hold a full driving licence, have access to transport and be able to work flexible hours.
